Update 2-8-2022 12:00 AM Eastern Time We have posted an new update to fix the Pool List Not Loading and Locking up when you run a search or simply refresh the page. We highly recommend clearing out your Temporary Internet Files to make sure your browser downloads all the changes properly. Update 1-14-2022 12:00 AM Eastern Time We have received several messages from users on the Sprint/T-Mobile/MetroPCS Cell Network, that they cannot access PoolTrac Services. This is caused by recent upgrades to their 5G network. If you receive the message that PoolTrac Services are unreachable, you are probably still connected to both the 4G and 5G towers. To fix this problem, please place your phone in Airplane Mode for more than 10 minutes then turn Airplane Mode off. This tells your phone that it is traveling and tricks it into downloading all the local Cell Towers again. This clears out the 4G towers and only downloads the 5G allowing access to PoolTrac Services again. Update 4-20-2021 12:00 AM Eastern Time After months of fighting Apple to accept our App Update, they finally have done it. They accepted it last night and it is now live on the App Store. This is a major change and upgrade. It is fully supported all the way to iOS 14.5 which Apple will be releasing in the next couple days. Update 9-25-2020 12:00 AM Eastern Time Please do not update your Apple devices to iOS 14. There are several problems with iOS 14 that causes PoolTrac to take longer than normal to load, alerts are not displaying, and photos are not uploading like they should every time. These do not occur in iOS 13.x. Apple is currently working on releasing an update that should fix it (14.1?) but we dont know when that is. Also they have not accepted our App update that we have been waiting on for a couple weeks now, as soon as they do accept it you will get a notice when you open the App to download the new update. Update 6-26-2020 4:30 PM Eastern Time Please be aware there have been reports of the Apps creating multiple Check In's to Pools. It appears to be tied to Power Management or Adaptive Battery changes that have been installed in recent updates. We are working on changes to bypass the problem but for now we have a work around that seems to be effective. On Samsung Devices their new Adaptive Power Mode is causing PoolTrac to reset the Pool Menu. please disable it. Until Apple accepts our app the only thing you can do is WAIT whenever the Sync message is on the screen. Do not lock your phone or leave the App until it is done syncing. Please be patient it will only take a few seconds to sync the records.
